Free and private — no account, no ads, nothing saved about you. Guitar-first, but it speaks piano and violin too: write a line once and practise it on whichever instrument's in your hands.

Import a MusicXML file and you can read the score right above the tab.

• Get your music in — a melody you tap out on the on-screen piano or sing into the mic, a MIDI file, a MusicXML file exported from MuseScore, Sibelius or Guitar Pro (its guitar tab and capo come along), or a guitar tab (plain-text or PDF). Whatever you've got
• It becomes a playable guitar tab — Tablight works out the frets in the tuning you choose. What was flat and silent is suddenly under your fingers
• Hear it, loop it, play along — sampled playback, slowed down as much as you like, with your own timing punched in and any passage drilled on a loop that ramps the tempo each lap

• Detects the key and scale of whatever you enter, automatically
• Analyses chord structures and voicings across the fretboard
• Transposes to any key in seconds
• Shows the same notes as piano keys or violin fingerings — with finger numbers, and unreachable notes flagged
• Falling-notes practice on piano — taller blocks for longer notes
• Exports as a Tablight file to keep editing, or as plain-text / PDF tab to print or open elsewhere
